B&H is a full-service photography and electronics retailer in New York City with a robust online store, exceptional customer service, and particular pride in the knowledge base of each of its retail personnel. The challenge with this brand is that it’s iconic — yet — it has little to no discernable brand personality or voice. I was hired as a strategist and lead writer for this viral video which now has 65,267,957 views.

Commissioned to determine strategy and script two films for Bulgari’s retrospective at the Kremlin in Moscow. The brand relied on long-time positioning of extravagant, exquisite craftsmanship, celebrity clientele and as an icon for icons.
